Total Voting Rights

Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1, the Company announces that the total number of ordinary shares in issue as at 30 March 2012 consists of 159,378,600 with a nominal value of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"); therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 159,378,600. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
