Konami Co Ltd 2 March 2000 The issuer has made the following amendment to the 'Forecast Amendment' announcement released today at 7:14 under RNS No 5428G. In section II, the names of relevant shareholders should read Kozuki Foundation for High Education and not Kozuki Foundation for Information Education. All other details remain unchanged. Background The Kozuki Foundation for Information Education, a non-profit incorporated foundation, received permission to incorporate effective March 2, 2000 (the foundation will be overseen by the Ministry of Education). The shareholder below transferred 3 million shares of Konami to serve as the basic assets of the foundation. 2.
