Final Results (Correction)

The announcement released by Bilby Plc on 14 July 2016 entitled 'Final Results' incorrectly reported that the final dividend will be paid to those shareholders on the register at close of business on 31 July 2016.

The announcement should have reported that the final dividend will be paid to those shareholders on the register at close of business on 29 July 2016. For clarification, the proposed final dividend of 2.00p per share will be paid on 9 September 2016. All other details remain unchanged.
