Kingspan Group plc announces that on 20 December 2018 it disposed of 135,000 of its Treasury Shares.  The Treasury Shares were transferred at a price of EUR35.40 per share.

Following the above transfer, the Company holds 1,784,219 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The Company now has 180,386,901 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares). 

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the under Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
