VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL


In conformity with the provisions of DTR 5.6, we would like to notify the market
of the following:

Kings  Arms Yard VCT PLC's capital as at 3 January 2012 consists of 209,467,597
Ordinary  shares with a nominal value of 5p each.  Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC holds
no shares in Treasury.

Therefore,  the total  number of  voting rights  in Kings  Arms Yard  VCT PLC is
209,467,597, which  may  be  used  by  shareholders  as  the denominator for the
calculations  by which they will determine if  they are required to notify their
interest  in, or change to their interest in,  Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
