Notice of conditional agreement to sell one of its holdings
Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC announces that it has signed a conditional agreement to sell one of its holdings. The sale agreement provides that the acquisition will close after a pre-defined milestone has been met. There is no certainty the milestone will be met. If it is met and the acquisition closes, Kings Arms Yard VCT PLC net asset value would increase by between 2.5p and 3.0p per share. A further announcement will be made in due course.
