                              Additional Listing


Application has been made for 1,201,629 ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List. The Ordinary
Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of options pursuant to the
subscription share option agreement dated 22 February 1996 and varied
subsequently by agreement on 10 February 1997. Admission is expected to become
effective on Tuesday 5 June.
