Kingfisher plc ("Kingfisher") announces that on 05 February 2015 it purchased for cancellation 316,677 ordinary shares in the share capital of Kingfisher from Deutsche Bank AG, acting through its London branch. The price paid was 331.42 pence per such ordinary share.
