Kingfisher plc - Voting Rights and Capital


As a result of the recent allotment of 55,168 new ordinary shares and transfer
of 280,961 ordinary shares from the Kingfisher 1993 Employee Share Ownership
Plan Trust, in both cases to satisfy the exercise of share options, the issued
share capital of Kingfisher plc at close of business on 28 September 2007 is
2,360,108,890 ordinary shares including those 17,296,642 ordinary shares held by
Kingfisher plc under the Kingfisher 1993 Employee Share Ownership Plan Trust.


The total number of shares with voting rights is 2,342,812,248.


The above figure (2,342,812,248) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Kingfisher plc under the
FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
