Euro 550m 4.125% Medium Term Notes Due November 2012

Kingfisher announces that it has, to date, purchased a total of €328,083,000 of its 4.125% Medium Term Notes due November 2012.  The purchases represent 59.65% of the initial issue and the Notes purchased will be cancelled.  Following the repurchases, €221,917,000 of the Notes remain in issue.
