Kingfisher plc (the "Company") notifies the market that the Company was advised on 12 December 2010 that Kevin O'Byrne (a director and PDMR of the Company) has acquired an interest in 977 Ordinary shares of the Company through the Company's dividend reinvestment plan. The shares were acquired on 10 December 2010 at an average price of 254.25 pence per share.
