Kingfisher plc announces today that Ms Janis Kong, a non executive director of Kingfisher plc, will be appointed a non executive director of Copenhagen Airports A/S, a company listed on the Copenhagen stock exchange, with effect from 27 March 2012, subject to shareholder approval.
