Kingfisher plc Buys German Online Electrical Retailer
Kingfisher plc today announced that it has purchased Yagma AG, an online
consumer electronics retailer in Germany for a nominal cash price.
Yagma will provide ProMarkt, Kingfisher's electrical retail business in
Germany, with a fully operational online transactional capability and will
trade under ProMarkt's URL, www.promarkt.de.
