Disclosure and Transparency Rules - Transitional Provisions

For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial Services
Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the total number of ordinary
shares of 1p in issue as at the date of this notice is 36,034,620 shares, with
each share carrying the right to one vote.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 36,034,620.

There are no shares held in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required
to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital
of the Company under the Financial Service Authority's Disclosure and
Transparency Rules.
