Notice of FY23 Results and Presentations

Kier Group plc (the "Group" or "Kier"), a leading UK infrastructure services, construction and property group will publish its Full Year 2023 ("FY23") results on 14 September 2023 at 7.00am BST.

Following the publication of its results Kier will host an Analyst Presentation on 14 September and a Retail Investor Presentation on 28 September - details set out below.

Analyst Presentation

The Group will host a presentation for analysts and institutional investors at 9:00am BST on 14 September 2023 at the offices of FTI Consulting, 200 Aldersgate Street, London EC1A 4HD.

Retail Investor Presentation

The live online Retail Investor Presentation will be held at 10:30am BST on 28 September 2023 and will be open to all existing and potential shareholders. To attend, please register via the following link:
