Employee Share Ownership Plan acquired ordinary shares at a price of £8.95 for
the beneficial ownership of the following:

Miss D E Mattar:         14 shares
Mr R W Side:             14 shares

Following these transactions their holdings were:

Mr J Dodds:         576,566 shares (1.62% of the issued share capital)
Miss D E Mattar:     57,946 shares (0.16% of the issued share capital)
Mr R W Side:        169,456 shares (0.47% of the issued share capital)
