circumstances, Mr John Dodds no longer has an interest in 292,986 Kier Group plc
shares.
Mr Dodds'total beneficial interest in Kier Group plc is now 304,555
shares, representing 0.83% of the Company's issued share capital of
36,570,129 ordinary shares.
