Kier Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 2 November 2022, grants of options for ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") were made to the PDMRs, as set out in the table below, under the Kier Group plc Sharesave Scheme 2016. The savings contract will commence on 1 December 2022 for three years and the share price applicable to the options is £0.55 per Share.
