Correction to dividend record date

Further to Kier Group plc's announcement of its preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2013, the proposed final dividend in respect of the year of 46.5 pence per share will be paid to shareholders on the register of members at close of business on 20 September 2013 (not 15 September as referred to in the preliminary results announcement).
