Issue of New Shares

 

Pursuant to the announcement on 18 February 2014 detailing the Group's acquisition of Babel Media Ltd, Keywords Studios confirms that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,516,944 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 24 February 2014.
