Keywords Studios plc, the international technical services provider to the global video games industry, hereby notifies the market that, on 30 April 2015, David Reeves, an independent non-executive director and chairman of the Company, purchased 6,250 shares in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 158.5 pence per share.  This purchase results in David Reeves being interested in a total of 22,510 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.0476% of the 47,263,257 ordinary shares in the Company currently in issue.
