Completion of Acquisition of Binari Sonori S.R.L. and Placing

Keywords Studios plc (the "Company") announces that the acquisition of Binari Sonori S.R.L. has been completed on the terms stated in the initial announcement made earlier today.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange plc for admission to trading on AIM ("Admission") of an aggregate of 5,555,650 new Ordinary Shares, representing both the Consideration Shares and the Placing Shares (as defined in the initial announcement). Admission is expected to occur on 14 May 2014.

For the purposes of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital following the Admission will consist of 47,105,007 ordinary shares of 1p each with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
