Re:     Kerry Group plc - Final Results







Please be advised that a Board Meeting of Kerry Group plc will be held on 25th
February, 2002 to approve the preliminary results of the Group for the year
ended 31st December, 2001 and declare a final dividend. At the same meeting the
Board will announce changes to the Board of Directors. All of the above will be
released to the market at 7.00am on Tuesday 26th February 2002.
