Kerry Group has made application to the UK Listing Authority and the Irish
Stock Exchange for admission to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority
and the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange respectively of up to
3,200,000 A Ordinary Shares of EUR 0.125 each in the capital of the Company
pursuant to the Kerry Group plc 1986 Executive Share Option Scheme, and has
also made application to the London Stock Exchange for admission to trading of
these shares.
