The Company announces that Mr Donal O'Donoghue and Mr John Twomey have retired from the Board of Kerry Group.

Effective 12 January 2011, Mr Kieran Breen and Mr Patrick Flahive, who are Directors of Kerry Co-operative Creameries Limited, were appointed non-executive Directors of the Company.
