Kerry Group plc announces that Managing Director Mr. Denis Brosnan has
exercised options in respect of 360,000 shares held by him in the Company. 
The options were granted at a price of IR£6.30 (EURO 8.00) each.

As a result of exercising his options Mr. Brosnan's shareholding in the
Company has increased from 308,000 to 668,000 shares.
