Extension of Warrant Exercise Period

Further to today's general meeting of the holders of outstanding warrants over
Ordinary Shares in Kenmare, issued in accordance with the warrant instrument
dated December 1999/2000, the period within which these warrants can be
exercised has been extended from December 2004 to December 2007.



As at the date hereof there are a total of 8,843,800 such warrants outstanding.
