Kenmare Resources Plc
Admission to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and to the Official
List of the UK Listing Authority will become effective and dealing will
commence in the following Ordinary Shares of Kenmare on 16th August 2000.
15,433,333 Ordinary Shares of nominal value IR5p each placed for cash at a
price of Stg 11.25p each.
The allotment of these shares completes the placing announced on 19 June 2000.
