    Kenetics Group Limited ('Kenetics' or the 'Group' or the 'Company')


                                 Trading update


The Directors announce that, following unexpected recent delays in progressing a
number of contracts the turnover and profits of the Company for the current year
will be well below expectations. The majority of these contracts are ongoing and
are now expected to be completed during 2007 rather than in 2006.


The Company expects to issue its interim results to 30 June 2006 before 29
September 2006.
