           KELLER GROUP - NEW FINANCE DIRECTOR
  
  
  Keller   Group  plc,  the  global  ground   engineering
  services  company, today announces the  appointment  of
  Justin  Atkinson as Finance Director.  He succeeds  Rob
  Painting  who  has resigned with immediate  effect  and
  will,  at Keller's request, remain with the Group until
  the end of the year.

  Justin  Atkinson  38 joined Keller in 1990  as  Finance
  Manager.  He  graduated  from  Glasgow  University  and
  qualified    as    a    chartered    accountant    with
  PriceWaterhouseCoopers and then spent three years  with
  Reuters  Group PLC in London. He was appointed Keller's
  Group Financial Controller in 1995.

  Rob  Painting has been with Keller for 20 years and has
  been  its Finance Director since 1990.  Rob was Finance
  Director at the time of the management buyout and  also
  guided  Keller through its initial public  offering  in
  1994. He now wishes to pursue new challenges, which  he
  does with the company's good wishes and thanks for  his
  many years of dedicated service.
