KEFI Minerals (AIM: KEFI), the gold and copper exploration and development company with projects in the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirms that, further to the announcement made on 17 December 2019, a notice convening a General Meeting to be held on Monday 6 January 2020 at 6:00 p.m. AEST at the offices of Herbert Smith Freehills, 161 Castlereagh St, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia has been published.
