                      Change of Accounting Reference Date


KEFI announces that by resolution of the Board on 30 January 2007, it has
changed its accounting reference date from 31 October to 31 December.



This change will take effect from the date notification of the change is filed
at Companies House, which is anticipated to occur during the course of this
week.



The next results to be announced by KEFI will cover the six months ending 31
December 2006 and will be announced by 31 March 2007.
