KazakhGold Group Ltd 12 October 2007 OCTOBER 12, 2007 DIRECTOR RESIGNATION KazakhGold Group Limited (LSE: KZG) announces that Mr Stephen Oke has stepped down from his positions as non-executive director of the Company and chairman of its audit committee.
