Director / PDMR shareholdings

The Company has been notified of the following transactions in its ordinary Shares by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs"):

·    On 25 September 2023, Russell Sloan, Chief Executive Officer, exercised share options granted in 2020 under the Company's Sharesave Plan. Mr Sloan retained the ordinary shares on exercise.

Following this notification, Mr Sloan and his Person Closely Associated (PCA) have a reportable shareholding of 322,307 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.258% of the issued share capital of the Company.

·    On 25 September 2023, Malachy Smith, Divisional Director, exercised share options granted in 2020 under the Company's Sharesave Plan.  Mr Smith retained the ordinary shares on exercise.

·    On 25 September 2023 Mr Smith also exercised share options granted in 2019 under the Company's PSP plan.  Mr Smith retained the ordinary shares on exercise.

Following this notification, Mr Smith and his Person Closely Associated (PCA) have a reportable shareholding of 260,939 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.208% of the issued share capital of the Company.
