         Successful Outcome of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')

The Directors of RAP are pleased to announce that at todays EGM, RAP
shareholders voted in favour of resolutions enabling its fully underwritten
rights issue to proceed. The rights issue will raise £1.9 million, net of
expenses. 

In addition, shareholders voted in favour of the establishment of a new
executive share option scheme and an amendment to the rules of the existing
executive share option scheme.
