Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM')
The Directors of RAP are pleased to announce that at today's EGM, RAP
shareholders voted in favour of an ordinary resolution approving the disposal
of the RAPID Business (as defined in the circular dated 16 October 2000) to
Zika Rapid Distribution Limited.
