RAP Group plc
At today's annual general meeting of RAP Group plc, all five of the
resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly passed.
The first resolution, relating to the approval of the company's annual report
and accounts for the year ended 31 December 1999, was passed on a poll. There
were 6,648,903 votes in favour of the resolution and 1,466,456 votes against.
