                         New Contract Win

K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, is pleased to announce that it has won a new contract, worth £2.3 million, with English Heritage, the public body responsible for managing the country's historic buildings and monuments. The contract is for the installation and support of K3's Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 retail software solution.

The software system will be implemented across English Heritage's Head Office and 100 sites, and will cover point of sale (PoS), inventory management, merchandising, warehousing and distribution and will link to their existing financial systems. Approximately 11 million visitors per year pass through English Heritage's sites and the new system will significantly enhance all aspects of the organisation's commercial, operational and financial management.

Based on Microsoft's Dynamics NAV suite, K3's solution has been enriched with its own IP and tailored to its core markets, including the retail sector.

Andy Makeham, Chief Executive, commented,

"I am delighted to announce our new contract with English Heritage.  Commercial activities have become increasingly important to English Heritage and K3's multi-channel retail offering, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, will bring significant benefits here, as well as in English Heritage's operations and financial management."
