shares as follows:

        (UK) Ltd, a/c 76485 (Hargreave Hale)

-       250,000 ordinary shares registered as HSBC Global Custody Nominees
        (UK) Ltd, a/c 879441 ((MD Barnard & Co Ltd)



These holdings, in aggregate, represent approximately 5.38 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
