K3 Business Technology Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it was informed
on Monday 19th April that Mr Peter Gyllenhammar sold 2,382,985 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the Company ('Shares') and that Silverslaggen AB sold 22,346,666
Shares on 19th April 2004. Mr Gyllenhammar and Silverslaggen AB no longer hold
interests in the Shares of the Company.



The Company was also informed on Monday 19th April that Mr Andy Makeham, Chief
Executive, and Mr David Bolton, Finance Director, both purchased 2,000,000
Shares at a price of 19 pence on 19th April 2004. Following these purchases, Mr
Makeham is now interested in 2,965,696 Shares, representing approximately 5.8
per cent. of the Company and Mr Bolton is now interested in 2,911,500 Shares,
representing approximately 5.7 per cent. of the Company.



In addition, the Company was informed on Monday 19th April that Mr Johann
Claesson purchased 5,000,000 Shares on 19th April 2004 and Mr Claesson is now
interested in 14,715,644 Shares, representing approximately 28.9 per cent. of
the Company.
