RAP Group plc (the 'Company')

Further to an announcement made by the Company on 19 April 2000, the Board of
RAP Group is pleased to announce that the contract to sell the remaining
portion of its property at 50 Union Street, Hamilton, Scotland, has now become
unconditional.  The consideration for the sale is £471,500 and will be used to
reduce company indebtedness.
