Exercise of Options

K3 announces that application has been made for the admission of 136,667 new ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the K3 Business Technology Group Executive Share Option Scheme 2000.  

Mr David Bolton, Chief Finance Officer, has exercised an option to subscribe for 50,000 New Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 75p per share.  Following this allotment of New Ordinary Shares, Mr Bolton is interested in 936,800 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company, representing 3.62% of K3's entire issued share capital.

Mr Nigel Andrew Makeham, Chief Executive Officer, has exercised an option to subscribe for 66,667 New Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 75p per share. Following this allotment of New Ordinary Shares, Mr Makeham is interested in 902,748 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company, representing 3.48% of K3's entire issued share capital.

An employee has exercised an option to subscribe for 20,000 New Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 75p per share.

The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.  Admission of the 136,667 ordinary shares is expected to take place on 31 March 2011.  Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company will be 25,907,755 ordinary shares of 25p each.
