K3 Business Technology Group plc is pleased to announce that it has disposed of
Touchline Network Television Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, to J Myers for
a cash consideration of £13,000 approximately equivalent to the net asset value
of the business.  The proceeds will be applied to reduce the group's borrowings.
During the six months ended 30 June 2002, Touchline made an operating loss
before amortisation of goodwill of £137,000 recognised in the group's profit of
£220,000.
