               Notification of Director's and Others' Interest

The Company has been advised of the following changes in notifiable interests
as a result of the recent Rights Issue.

JA Savage, Chairman and Chief Executive of the Company, took up his rights at
18p per share and his holding in the share capital of the Company increased
from 665,153 ordinary shares to 1,330,306 ordinary shares.  Mr Savage's
interest in the Company, and that of two other shareholders, is set out below:
