                           Director/PDMR Shareholding

Nigel Andrew Makeham, Chief Executive of K3, has today exercised options over 
133,333 Ordinary Shares of 25p each ('Ordinary Shares') at the exercise price of 
75 pence per share. Mr Makeham has elected to dispose of all the shares arising, 
at a price of 148p.

Mr Makeham retains an interest in 749,139 Ordinary Shares in the Company, 
representing 3.45 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

After the above exercise of options, Mr Makeham holds options over 226,667 
Ordinary Shares.
