                                GRANT OF OPTIONS


On 27 June 2006 K3 granted options over 103,626 ordinary shares of 25 pence each
('Ordinary Shares') at an exercise price of 96.5 pence per Ordinary Share under
K3's Executive Share Option Scheme 2000 (the 'Option Plan') to Thomas Adam
Milne.


The options are exercisable between three and seven years after the date of
issue and are subject to the achievement of performance criteria in relation to
earnings per share.


Following this award, Thomas Milne will hold options over 103,626 Ordinary
Shares under the Option Plan.
