The Company has been informed that Per Johan Claesson, a  non-executive director
of the Company, has made the following acquisitions of ordinary shares of 25
pence each in the Company:

20,000 shares on 1 December 2005 at a price of 80 pence per share
20,000 shares on 9 December 2005 at a price of 78 pence per share
2,500 shares on 12 December 2005 at a price of 78 pence per share

His total holding following the transaction is 3,591,448 ordinary shares
representing approximately 20.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
