Clarification of Director's Holdings

K3, which provides and supports Enterprise Resource Planning software, hosting and managed services to the supply chain industry, announces a clarification and correction to the holding of Mr Johan Claesson, non-executive director of the Company.

Mr Claesson has today notified the Company that he holds (beneficially and non-beneficially) 6,051,088 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, representing 21.25% of the issued share capital of the Company, and not 5,826,823 ordinary shares as previously notified on 26 March 2012.

Further to the Opening Position Disclosure notified by Mr Claesson today, it is noted that included within the revised holding for the purposes of the AIM Rules are 73,333 ordinary shares held on trust by Mr Claesson for the benefit of other persons, which are excluded from the Opening Position Disclosure.
