                                 AGM Statement

K3, the IT solutions provider to the supply chain sector, will be holding its
Annual General Meeting today. Chief Executive, Andy Makeham, will make the
following comment,

'I am delighted to welcome Tom Milne to the K3 Board as our new Chairman. Tom is
very well known within the retail software industry and has substantial
experience in developing successful software companies in this sector. A
separate announcement covering his appointment has been issued this morning.
I would also like to thank George Matthews, who, after four years as
Non-Executive Chairman, is standing down today. During his four years as
Chairman, K3 has grown significantly, and he has provided K3 with valuable
insight, knowledge and assistance.

Looking ahead, I am pleased to report that order intake and the new business
pipeline remains encouraging and the Board is confident about the outcome for
the financial year.'
