Announcement of Preliminary Results for the Year to 28 February 2010

& Shareholder Information Meeting

JZCP announces that it intends to publish its Preliminary Results for the year ended 28 February 2010 on Tuesday 18 May 2010.

Given that the Company's Annual General Meetings are held in Guernsey and recognising that it is difficult for some shareholders to attend, JZCP also intends to hold a separate event for shareholders, at which the Board and Investment Adviser will update investors on the Company's progress.
